To fixup a company, we have to have the access to the CEO. Often times full service brokerages fought to get the account of CEOs. Cash rich and stock pool too.

It is often some technology is missing.

If you can find the technology, then a few simple sentences can give the company a direction to work on for a few years. Frequent revisions had to be avoided like a plague.

Give experienced management some wriggle room to do a better job; then creative thinking can do wonders.
