Sanjay, I have no evidence to support a buyout theory...it's just the kind of thing that happens to screw up corporate growth. Look at Loewen Funeral homes---target of SCI. Pretty soon we will have to live forever, it will be unaffordable to die and be buried.

Larger pharmaceuticals haven't enough wit and energy to do what Izp is doing---so they have to buy them up.
If IZP officers have enough shares, a buyout can be thwarted. I hope so, because a buyout might get me a 25% gain in a few months, rather than a 500% gain in a year or two.
It is very doubtful that IZP will soar as quickly again as it did in rise to $3, nor is it likely to plunge back to .19.
Heck, it sounds boring.

Maybe a buyout attack would add some spice, let people appreciate this little gem. I wonder if companies collude in 'make believe' raids for just that reason...?
