Time out for a VENT ....

please do not respond to this .....

Would someone please do the following:

(a) Give Brain Cancer patients 60 mg of Memantine
a day.

60 mg is absolutely safe but not used
in AD patients .... and for good reason

They will have to work up to that level (60mg)
starting at 5mg a day.

(b) This has ALREADY been done with RATS 5 years ago.

Not the 60 mg level - but giving Memantine to RATS with BRAIN
CANCER .... the outcome of which was that it SLOWED
the progression of the brain cancer ....

(c) Memantine will absolutely ALMOST stop the uptake
of Calcium into the neurons NMDA receptors. Calcium
will be prevented from entering NMDA receptors by
a significant factor .......

(d) Once a patient is at a 60mg a day level - in effect -
everything is abnormally SLOWER - but not to a danger
point.

Lets just call it everything is frozen in time and you
ARE less concious than ordinary but you are still
concious - i.e. you know who you are.

(e) Cancer cells will *feel* this and their inroads
into the good guy cells will slow down. Because they
can't move EITHER .....

(f) Summary:
everything is FROZEN IN PLACE ....

(g) Bomb the cancer with radiation ..... the best
stuff we got

You can keep the cancer patient on Memantine as long
as you want but more research would be needed into
this .....

END VENT
