Personally I think the end was today.. We had month end and tax loss selling in the past week. I also noticed that by days end there was alot of support for EEL. In addition, I suspect that drilling results will be out by Monday or Tuesday. In the past EEL has always popped up just before drilling results. Hope this helps.. Cheers!
