There is no URL because the Bloomberg News service is proprietary and not usually posted to the Net unless it makes their website. The author of the article is Susan Antilla at Bloomberg and she says that you can find the article on a Bloomberg terminal by searching her name. The story was published in March 1997 and therefore is too old to be kept on the Bloomberg site. The story also predated the PR firm's involvement with LOCK and LOCK not mentioned.

There was a post over on Yahoo from a guy who paraphrased the article. I emailed him and he said I could copy it over here on SI, so I'll try to do it in the next message. The name of the PR firm is Marketing Direct Concepts (MDC).
