p.s. Sandeep, I forget to mention, he got himself in this mess, he should now find a logical way to make a compromise and get out with minimum damage. I think he will. Maybe having to split the company is what he was expecting. Maybe he is well prepared for that! Why do you think he asked the judge a year to split the company, instead of six month.
