I cannot agree you more about the INTC's accumulation. If you check the latest Investor's Business Daily, it shows INTC is the most actively traded stock in Nasdaq, and with a bullish "A" rating on accumulation/distribution.

Now, my only question is how sensitive is this accumulation/distribution rating? Is it a sveral days's moving average, or just reflex the situation day before? This rating change on daily basees, though. But the recentely ratings are always A or B.

If anyone knows the accumulation/distribution rating, please let me know.
