Limbaugh during his CPAC rant made a point of saying he was not using a teleprompter and they cheered. He should have used one. I thought he had gone to drug rehab and was fixed. Maybe that is why he did not use a teleprompter...maybe a bit blurred to read when you are still on them.

And that CPAC dittohead crowd wildly cheering their obviously grossly obese, drug addict hero...you Repugs are really, really in big trouble...
