Hi Irby, MyTrack currently has free 20 minute delayed service which includes Equities, Futures, Indices & Options, time & sales, charting and news. For 19.98/month you get real time data. Although I'm bound by beta protocol to be "discrete", they have already released some coming attractions blurbs which announce Level II availability pretty soon.
