This is a righteous plan:

Under the "Zero money down " plan the consumer will pay a slightly higher monthly LPG usage fee that will amortize the hookup costs over an approximate 48 month period. Offering our prospective customers free LPG hook-up will provide our agents with an effective marketing device and enable them to increase sales substantially. Once paid for, the pipeline will produce income for the lifetime of the system estimated at over 40 years

Certainly works for selling cars and furniture..!!
