BTW, I sent an e-mail to Gary today (amazing how he answers a nobody like me, twice in one day!) and asked him how it was that he was able to put this whole thing together in such a seemingly short time. He said they have been working on this for a "few" months now. He also said he has known J. Timothy (Minister of Finance) for over a year now. Also, IGC and the Govt. site should be up about the same time. This may not seem important to some but I had to question the time frame of all this and the answers just add more credability to glow and Gary. As a oh so wise 15 year old said oh so long ago GOOOOOO GLLOOOOOOWWWWWW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
