Perhaps you should do the DD on the stock, before You buy in and then tout the stock. "Get in or be thin...er wait, wonder what the company does"

That should have been question one on your list of Questions for the company.

#1 what is Nemerguts ISLN # so I can veryify that he is in fact in good standing.

That is DD question #1 . Who are the principles of the company and do they have any black clouds on their records.

Nemergut checks out, but you wouldn't know that, if I hadn't posted it.
