If you haven't already, try something interesting and educational - use AI as a debate opponent.

It avoids having to deal with abuse or irrationality from your opponent. You can get the best arguments from the other side without a triumphalist attitude. It lets you "steel man" the other side. It also lets you find weaknesses in your own arguments.

Gratifyingly you might just get it to compliment you on your reasonings or objections, something that doesn't happen much if ever in real life.
