Just had a similar problem when I came back from a vacation. Everything powered back up and the router quit working. Replaced that and still had a problem with printing across the network to that one pc that had the most popular printer. It turned out being the ethernet card in that pc which was intermittent. Have you tried switching ports on your router for the one that won't connect? Sometimes there can be a dead port right out of the box.
