Have you tried a different network (ethernet) card in the problem PC. Judging by all the things that you've tried so far it seems to point to the possibility that the problem may not be in the router or the cable modem..the network card (since they're relatively inexpensive) would be my next guess.

Maybe the card doesn't like the router? <G>
