Dan:This rhetoric is just that. I don't see much in the way of hard fact finding and relevance to any recent decisions in the matter of anti-trust. The guy sounds like the he is trying to appear to be the smartest man at the bar (Gerrity's on the corner of 49th and 2nd) if you get my meaning. This is an auto-reversal on Appeal. The train is about to leeave the station. Could leave as early as 3PM today some are saying. JFD
