Thanks for the help Spots. I think I have some trouble in that file.

When I selected "Folder", I saw Explore and Open in the Actions box however, Edit and Remove were grayed out. I highlighted Explore and Open but Edit and Remove were still unavailable.

I clicked New and added Explore and Open again, and when I was finished they were both temporarily in the Actions box twice; I closed out of everything and even rebooted but I still don't have them when I right click Start. I right clicked on a couple of other folders and Open and Explore were there so I clicked on Explore but I got the message:

"The path C:\WINDOWS\Desktop\CTW C:\WINDOWS\Desktop\CTW does not exist".

It looks like I might have doubled it.

When I went back into "Folder", Open and Explore were only listed once and when I highlighted them, Edit and Remove were available.

I thought about removing "Folder" and then re-adding it, but Remove was grayed out.

Is there anything else I can try?

Thanks
Lou
