Rick, may I dare come up with a word of caution? The meaning I get from that news release is that Merck is getting ready for some really dirty job here. It's not about scientific facts, it's about rumors, influence, gossip, distortion, that's what "marketing muscle" stands for in that article (I've been in marketing...). In my tentative AGPH SWOT analysis, the Threat is now: what colossal damage will cause an infuriated Merck charging tiny AGPH? And the Weakness is now: does tiny AGPH have the financial backbone to roll out a PR tsunami?

I admire your truly brilliant thinking about AGPH, and would like to ask you to convince me (and the others) that we, AGPH shareholders, won't lose our sleep when a mad Merck charges.
