Abacan's concessions in the Niger Delta are OPL 469 and 237, in the
Benin Basin OPL 302, 309 and 310.
Nice article on the Vancouver Stock Exchange, I remember you telling
me you didn't invest in the VSE.
Personally, I think the ASE is only slightly better than the VSE and
the TSE only slightly better than the ASE, etc.
If you stick a gun in someones face and rob a bank, you get a jail
sentence. If you take innocent investors for their hard earned money
you buy a new house and a new car.
Even after all these years of investing, I still get taken but less
frequently.
Your better off in the U.S. with the SEC but in Canada we have no national organization. Why? Quebec won't allow the federal government
to legislate in provincial affairs.
