I stand corrected... but even with the corrected math, it's goofy. Another way to look at it with your numbers for shares.... Total value of all GX equity = 887.3 million x $0.88 = $ 780.8 million Total value of all AX equity = 581.9 million x $1.39 = $ 808.8 million What's wrong with that picture? DWB
