I don't follow GOOG regularly, but it is in a blue-sky breakout:

Personally, I wouldn't chase it. GOOG is extremely overbought, like so many other things in this market now. It has gotten way ahead of the 20 sma and is overdue for a pullback.

GOOG has a triple-digit trailing P/E. That is unsustainable. Just check the average P/E for the S&P500; historically, this has been just under 10, and anything greater than about 15 or so is considered excesssive. And no, this time it is NOT different. GOOG will not rework the economic and macroeconomic underpinnings of stock valuation. That's what they said about QCOM and BRCM and SCMR and a host of dot.bombs. Trees don't grow to the stars, and I think GOOG is a setup for a fall.
