To All...I've encountered a strange problem and need some help.

I have a program that I wish to remove. I've used the uninstaller that was furnished with the program when I installed it. The uninstaller runs, but doesn't uninstall the program in question.

So, I tried using the Add/Remove Software function that is part of Windows XP. The same results...the uninstaller runs, but doesn't uninstall the program.

I've tried to uninstall the program from the Safe Mode, but still find that I can't uninstall the program.

The only thing that I can think of doing is going to Explore and deleting the files that are part of the program. However, this is not a "clean" uninstall and I'm concerned that I may cause some problems.

Any and all help in solving this problem is appreciated.
