Hi Laura, Just because the OPAY's president doesn't have a clue, doesn't mean that someone isn't planning a buyout. Maybe news leaked from the buyer's side before the offer has been officially presented to OPAY. I have no idea what's really going on, but I did buy some shares for fun after hours. Looks like people are bailing out this morning. :-( Chris
