Absurd, absurd. MSFT designed Windows and MSFT has every right under our freedom to package whatever browser with the operating system. MSFT should suggest to the Fed that MSFT is willing to include ANY browser as long as the other browsers will pay MSFT a small licensing fee to be included in the Windows operating system
