Merrill Lynch downgrading the following communications IC stocks to ACCUMULATE from BUY: AMCC, TXCC, BRCM, CHRT, PMCS

Shouldn't somebody lower the earnings estimate also. Let's lower the bar a little. Only beat it by 6 cents last time.
