IF there is a way this can be looked at somewhat diffidently, it will. Look at Apple, losses less than expected, and what happens? It went up 4 points since yesterday's close. Go figure. Last year Apple reported a net income of $103 million, or 84 cents a share, this year a quarterly loss of $32 million or 44 cents a share caused it to rise 2 points in after hour trading, and like I said...2 points later today closing at 20 7/8. Would the same thing have been allowed for Iomega? I wouldn't bet on it.

Perhaps KE can also secure some type of deal with Apple during the Mac expo (Macworld Boston--in August.) Wonder what analyst would say to that, particularly with Apple's cash position on Jun 28 being $1.4 billion.

(Note: not that smart, Apple info, less my commentary, came off USA Today's Money page.)

Long on Iomega,

Archie
