Separation of Church and State.............However, morally the Pope is probably going to discuss with the President what God has to say lately. I think as a representative of the largest religious body in the world...the Pope believes that this war is only dividing people and the different religions making it a moral responsibility his to tell Bush to tell God that he is sorry.
