I don't understand that...can you tell me where in my eSchwab software I can find this spelled out?

I was told about the "within two minutes" thing by an e-schwab broker. However, another time I was told by an e-schwab broker that if the price moves after you place a market order, then there's not a whole lot anyone can do about it. What you can do is request a review of the "time & sales" tape, and this info is compared with the exact time you placed your order. If the time and sales tape shows the price was lower than what your order filled at, then they will adjust your buy price, if you ask them to.

I got used to using market orders because I almost always got the price quoted, and I have thought that maybe market orders are filled ahead of limit orders. I dunno though.
