INTC is being very smart here because they can immediately reduce the manufacturing cost of Shiva's low-end LanRovers. This would allow them to do with low-end RAS servers what they have done with print servers. In my opinion they realized the asset at Shiva is software and their offer was in-line with a software asset acquisition.
