Thanks. Suit like this are dime a dozen in the silicon valley. The only folks who make money are the lawyers - stockholders always lose - either in form of financial settlements that are kind of like "peanuts to monkeys" or bought out on the cheap like SIII is offering DIMD! Some lawyers are so good at these suits that often companies settle to pay their fees rather than go through the entire trial motions and hassle. One of the more ridiculous of these suits was when a Doctor won umteen millions in punitive daamges for being sold on a repainted automobile!
