Because I keep readng talk about it and WCOM keeps heading towards it. And some people (well we'll call them people to be nice) actually are saying they are gunning for that number. Its all in the 10Q under his loan covenants guaranteed by WCOM. Remember how the crooks and thieves attacked WCOM when Bernie got the huge margin call? And now its all out there for them to do it again. Other than that, executive loans like that are just on my mind. As a blatant misappropriation of investor capital.
