Does NINE think they are a CHIP company or a BOARD company? Discuss!

I agree with you and Lane about the newsworthiness of last few press releases. There must be a better way to communicate these "new" services, which are really considered "ante" items in this highly competitive niche. I am not sure the financial community treats these tiny newsbites positively in an otherwise PR void.

And then again, NINE broke-through 4 ... An OEM in the wind would be nice ... confidence whether that event would trigger increased eps is the real question ... so even a little Q1 profit is real essential.

As I told you, NINE's I3 must be a competent OpenGL machine. It isn't enough for NINE to report licensing OGL from SGI. A state-of-the-art coupling of OGL to the I3 OGL sub-routines (if any) will determine the chip's fate. Microsoft blew it with their latest round of slow-to-broken (Direct)3D APIs. Game developers still use proprietary APIs. OGL will move to mainstream "prosumers". Taligent is delayed big-time. Intel's AGP bandwidth gives I3 a fighting opportunity. What a formula for success! VARs will play a critical role ... Will email tech support?
