Ann, Off Topic: Well we had a lot of rain throughout the year so we should not be getting those water conservation restrictions this year unless we would have a prolonged summer drout. I just saw this on the newswires about an expectation for tobacco settlement: -------------------------------------------------------------------- *** Tobacco settlement seen next week - source State attorneys general negotiating a settlement with the tobacco industry expect to reach an agreement with cigarette companies next week, a source close to the talks said Wednesday. The source said the negotiators were "very upbeat" following a two-hour telephone conference call in which they updated top state officials on progress in the talks.
