Terry,Thanks for the reading on the market. If Intel hits 100 I'll be able to change my warrants to shares for nothing.
Well,in actuallity GND already "owns"35,000,000 odd shares out 58,000,000.If you read Marshalls post you see progress is being made on rescuing TOWV and I read a press release over the weekend where GND denounced the lawsuit as being "without merit" and vowed to fight it all the way.I think if Lyle lets TOWV go belly first even if he makes a mint taking it over with GND,his rep will be forever soiled. He's either a chump or a slimeball then. And if the later I'll seriourly consider selling my RAIN because where's there's one cockroach there's generally a lot more around. On the otherhand if he resurrects TOWV with patience and good management without screwing any shareholders not involved in the knife fight, then he must have a big red 'S' on his chest.I think thats why RAINs being affected by the TOWV news.People are watching to see who Lyle Berman really is.The few bucks RAIN might lose on STRAT RAIN not opening is a pimple on a giants rear end, nothing more IMHO.
I think Lyle's going to make TOWV profitable and pick a few million cheap shares up along the way or have the Minnesota Mafia pick them up.Of course alot of posts on the MF Strat thread have Lyle screwing the stockholders and picking up Strat for a song after it goes belly up.And once GND officially owns over 50% they are legally bound to TOWV. As for the hunting dog,I went duck hunting with one once and it was a dismal experience.I don't know maybe I wasn't throwing the dog up high enough?
