One thing that intrigues me is that the order by the Florida Supreme Court directing Secretary Harris not to certify the votes is still standing - the interlocutory order issued during the week after the election, after she said that she wasn't going to accept the certification. On the other hand, the order telling her to accept the late returns before she made the certification has been vacated. So the certification was made pursuant to a vacated order.

I think the certification is a nullity.

But Sec. Harris can't certify anything until they order her to do so, otherwise she is in contempt of court.
