Here's the "news" that the table shows.

Cycle 24 went deeper than 23 as far as sunspot production decline, which was said to be a very deep minimum at that time.
The two yr. dive into minimum was faster for 24.
Coming into 25 appears to be a bit swifter but the start of 2021 could result in a weaker year than 2010.
