All MM's on L2 are moving with the DOW. MM's on the bid side are pushing the price up with every incremental increase in the intraday dow... And MM's on the ASK side are pushing it down with every drop in the DOW. But there was fierce resistance at 22. (this does not mean it is always the case) The support and resistance change with the dow. I think ORCL and the DOW have touched their lows for the day...
