Spencer's comments on new manager from AOL: Subj: Management Date: 97-05-07 09:12:48 EDT From: MicrocapCC Mr. Paul Woessner received his BSME from Northwestern University and brings over 30 years of executive expertise in manufacturing operations and business development to Green Oasis. Paul He will focus on operations and business negotiations (specifically those items necessary and relating to assembly of the processor). His two main purposes will be lighten Bill Carraway's work load on the day to day operations and "getting the product built and out the door." He defined himself as a "tough taskmaster" and said he and Pete immediately hit it off.
