TDAmeritrade could care less about PLNI.PK... In fact they are probably laughing at people that buy it... However I have to agree that promoters or insiders who were moving shares into their TDA accounts and then selling them were probably advised that they had to discontinue this practice? Brandon Turek is a significant beneficial holder of more than 5% of the [PLNI] security. He could possibly be involved in helping his grand daddy transfer shares into cash? If grand daddy was slipping him free shares and then subsequently Branden was transferring them into his TDA account to liquidate them? TDA probably noticed a lot of selling was taking place without any purchases on the open market? Makes sense IMHO.... BRANDON D.
