Tony Cataldo does seem to act like he owns more shares than all of the non-management shareholders. It's like he knows if you try to vote your shares in an opposite direction than his goals, he has enough shares to out vote everybody.

Remember his statement about "how I'm going to make my millions?" Well, if TC already had a million to invest in a 2 cent stock and it goes up to 4 cent, then he has made his millions. While many MVEE shareholders are still waiting for the price to hit $1.

Also, why put out news releases that state the company's long range operating goals? That might make other investors interested in the company and the stock price might go up before TC can buy some more shares cheap. Excuse me. I was out of line with that comment. I don't know anything about TC to suggest that would do such a thing.

Surely, TC had to state his goals to the board of directors. Didn't he? Why can't he state those same goals to the shareholders?

Perhaps Tony Cataldo has already stated MVEE's goals for this calendar year and fiscal year. Perhaps MVEE's goal is not to become profitable this year. Instead MVEE's goals are:

Obtain rights to good scripts
Obtain financing
Improve capital structure
Obtain cash via reverse merger
Establish relationships within the industry
Create a Leading Edge web site
etc.

If those are the only goals for this year, then just say that.

If profitability is not obtainable until 2002, then just say that.

The shareholders that don't like that will simply sell their shares.

The way Tony Cataldo is presenting the company and responding to shareholder questions, may leave some shareholders in limbo. It's bad enough that the market price can make shareholders feel manipulated; but some MVEE shareholders may feel manipulated by the management of MVEE.

Tony Cataldo has the power, but does he have the courage.
Of what could TC be afraid? After all, "he's Hadid's boy." Perhaps TC is merely a poor communicator.
