Elite Technologies is also an integrator and reseller of Eastman Software and a premier partner with Hewlett Packard.
ETCH is fully reporting and just hired a new PR firm this week. They currently have several profitable acquisitions in the works. We are expecting a significant Press Release any day outlining current developments. EliteTechnologies has also expanded its technologies and has secured revenue streams through it's recent acquisition of AMG, Ltd, a company based in Atlanta ,Georgia which builds and deploys" pay by the minute" internet kiosks. These Kiosks are currently in hotels, airports, restaurants and other establishments, allowing users to retrieve e-mail, Browse the net make travel arrangements and reservations as well. The software is proprietary and owned by AMG, and allows for unlimited advertising with active links to advertisers web location. These kiosks are primarily used by business travelers and average 15 ten minute sessions per day.
AMG has signed a contract, which confirms over 5,000 kiosks this year to e-Webtraders.com and company, which has contracts with TelMex, the National telephone company, to deploy AMG's kiosks throughout South America and Mexico. The contract represents $12 million in revenue to AMG and Elite. Additionally, AMG has signed a letter of intent, which is expected to be turned into a full contract this week with Adcom for the purchase of an additional 20,000 kiosk over the next five years.
Elite has also closed the acquisition of AV Travel to coincide with the purchase of AMG. AC Travel is an internet based travel company with over six million in revenue. It caters specifically towards the international traveler who is aboard the US. The portals are in multiple languages and available through AMG's kiosks. Through the use of AC Travel, Elite can effectively capitalize on AMG's targeted market, the business traveler.
AMG has also entered into an agreement with First Light Business Services, Inc, for the purchase of an initial order of AMG's kiosks units.
