Newt's concession speech was bizarre, as he vowed payback for Romney and Paul. He is impulsive, intemperate and vindictive. So much for the new Newt. Sigh. He was provoked, but a President must have more discipline. Still, I hope he retains enough support to stay in the debates a while. He will sharpen Romney up.
