There's someone doing who-is's before it became fashionable. It clearly shows Pinmail.com being registered to Asiafocus by good ol Momentum employee Graham Daley. And of course since Momentum is a wholly owned part of ZSUN it stands to reason that Graham is now a ZSUN employee. It's obvious to everyone but the toutzenjammer kids like yourself that ZSUN and Asiafocus are one in the same. Same phone numbers, adress, etc. I'm sure if pushed, the ZSUN slime will be able to show Playboy that it's a seperate company(meaning a different drop box in Tortola) and there was some token $5 price put on Pinmail when it was transferred.
I bet Playboy could contact NSOL and get all kind of records of who owned what websites that later became ZSUN properties.
Best possible scenario Frank, ZSUN got Pinmail in a BS assett transfer from Asiafocus. So they got one of their hot properties from a busted out offshore porn site operation. Worst possible scenario, Playboy could show where in all but name, ZSUN and Asiafocus were the same, and since ZSUN is generating a nice fat profit from it's OIA business(and diluting your shares in the process) they will be able to pay that $3mm fine no problem. It'll just reduce the other Frank's EPS a smidge.
Let's see, they sell Pinmail to themselves, then they sell Momentum to themselves, these guys need to develope offshoreshellgame.com it's an area where they have immense knowledge.
