GEORGETOWN, ON, April 15 /CNW/ - Lignex Inc. of Georgetown, Ontario today
announced the serial resignations of the Board of Directors and Management.
Ronald J. Simpson as President and Director, Douglas C. Young as Secretary and
Director, Colin I. Mason as Director, Kevin Manuel as Director, Dugald G.
Stirling as Director and Edward Coates as Director each resigned in favour of
a new Board and Management who will actively seek viable business acquisitions
on behalf of the Corporation. The new Board of the Corporation consists of
Michel Van Herreweghe of Fort Lauderdale, Florida as President, Francoise
Jacquel of Collingwood, Ontario as Secretary and Roger Kirby of Mississauga,
Ontario. Three vacancies on the Board remain unfilled.
    The current issued and outstanding capital of the Corporation is
27,384,941 common shares
