anyone think I'm crazy, a genius, or somewhere in between? Tough call, depends on your strategy. I'd watch this one like a hawk, if I were you, take the short term view and put a stop loss in place just in case. There is something going on, that's for sure - this year is a critical one for the company's numbers, there's still a swag of bucks owing to Novell for Tuxedo that needs to be washed through. The influence of the major shareholder is still a major unknown too - at some stage they will want to protect their paper gains, at which time the sheep will be well and truly separated from the goats.
