We discovered this company not too long ago,,they had a compelling story and real revenue,, we invested in this at .24 and it went to ,95,, then came down to todays price, when the dogs of SI claimed that there was a lawsuit coming etc from MDCE..
We spoke to CEO and Andersons, who has built this company for 22 years,, and We quote with his permission ..
"Torres , ceo of MDCE,, was hired as our consultant,,but he managed to ruin our business in one year,,which took us 22 years to build,, also his lawsuit claim of recent is baseless and we have never been served and we also believe it can never can be filed because of the groundless claims and jurisdiction involved ,,in fact it's MDCE who is being sued by various sources "
"We have 10Q and will send the documents for your club members to review,, we feel we have been unjustly manipulated and injured by MDCE and some of those on SI ,, (We all know who they are) we have more positive news coming and more acquisitions are planned.."
When we first discovered it and I still like their library of films,,, also they bought 2 mill ft of film on Edith Piaff, the famous chantruese of 40s and 50s,,one of our favourite as well as other clasic films including the Pavarotti's youthful days in Moscow ..
We think from the past on the strength of having gone to .95 ,,this time with out the misinformation of lawsuits from MDCE,, it could go higher,,to the level of another stock we doscovered ,,DGIV at 1 1/2...
A caution is needed here as we are sending this out before the market ,, but really only fair way to do it ,,due to EM time difference,,it's always AOLers seems to buy first and the rest of the ISP users gets the message late,,
If you decide to buy ,,,Do not ,,Do not place an open market order !!!
Limit order up to .50 is acceptable and not blind limit but following linit,,If it passed .50 do not chase it !!!!
Exercise caution ,, watch the real time ,,and just do not buy thinking it will go straight up ,, we feel it can go to old highs easy ...Also not having all the lurkers on SI and MMs we could perhaps be more organised in our buys ...
