In this country,Larry,thats always the case.BUT when I was in bussiness for myself I got hit with a suit by a disgrunteled employee that was a fishing expedition trolling for some fast money to make them go away.Not only did my lawyer win the case but got legal fees and a judgement against them in the bargin--so it cuts both ways.But this junk is standard blood-sucking that has brought down an honourable profession.And my spin on this is that they are not really after Caws--there're after the deep pockets of Banx
