You know, the NASD does not allow referal fees to be paid to non-NASD firms like ZSUN. But the again, PCOS is the old La Jolla Securities and I guess the rules still don't apply.

Perhaps it is your duty to inform the NASD of this violation:

BTW, wasn't there some Amber/PCOS connection? I do note that PCOS does on occasion trade some ZSUN stock as well. All very interesting fodder for the interogatories, wouldn't you say?
