Carl, re:What effect will it have on the market when Clinton hightails it back to Little Rock?? Good question. People are saying 10-15% off the world markets, but I think that's a bit too steep. One positive that can be said about Gore is that he is very Pro-Technology...But, its way too soon to predict the end of Clinton. Unless there is very hard evidence, it will be hard to impeach and Clinton wont resign unless there is hard evidence, so... joey
