Since 2008 the private sector has eliminated jobs that are not essential
to the operation of the private company. This is why US Corporations have been so profitable during the current downturn.

The lesson is do not replace non producing employees.

The private sector, if it wants to continue to exist, has to eliminate
those who do not contribute to the bottom line.

The Federal Government, on the other hand, replaces everyone regardless of potential contribution.
